Social Media – Marketing Optimization

I will be writing more about experiments using social media later this week, the first week of July, 2009.
First comment… that word “Optimization” in the title. Know what it means? It means TRUST. You can’t have anything marketing-wise working at “peak efficiency” unless your audience trusts you. So when I say “optimization”, what I am always thinking and trying to convey is there must be TRUST. If there isn’t, it’s all going down the toilet and you may as well watch a movie instead.
